2009-2010 Concert Season
From October 2009 through May 2010, nearly 8,000 adults and children enjoyed ProMusica Arizona Chorale & Orchestra performances at a wide variety of venues. During this season we also debuted two new youth groups to high acclaim, the ProMusica Youth Ensemble for instrumentalists, and the ProMusica Youth Honor Choir. Due to their success we will continue both groups in the 2010-2011 season.
- May 20, 2010: Debut of ProMusica Youth Ensemble Recital
- May 15 and 16, 2010: Sounds of America with debut of Youth Honor Choir, Patricia Knaus, conductor. Sunday's concert included Target Tickets for Kids program, providing two free childrens' tickets for every paying adult. both concerts virtually sold out, PMAZ Chorale & Orchestra performed at the Boulder Creek High School Performing Arts Center in Anthem and Luke Air Force Base Honor Guard presented colors as the audience waved flags of freedom.
- March 12 and 13, 2010: Sounds of the Isles with premiere of Donna Kelly Eastman's "Full Follow the Path," ProMusica's first commissioned work for choir and orchestra presented with support fromt eh Richard Campbell Memorial Fund. Featured musical works from the British Isles at Boulder Creek High School Performing Arts Center in Anthem.
- February 6, 2010: Dr. Dale Warland Workshop. Dr. Warland provided great knowledge on developing improved choral sound and assisted four conductors who came from all over the country to work with Dr. Warland presented at Boulder Creek High School.
- December 12 and 13, 2009: Sounds of the Holidays included our first Target Ticket for Kids promotion to great success and sold-out houses at Boulder Creek High School.
- November 7, 2009: Brass Ensemble performed for Veterans Day Parade, Anthem
- October 16 and 18, 2009: Sounds of Triumph were played by the orchestra and choir at St. Rose Catholic Church in Anthem. Included works by Verdi, John Williams' Star Wars Theme, and inspiring songs of the human spirit with Rocky Balboa, The Tortoise and the Hare, and legendary John Henry.
- October 4, 2009: Our first venture into Sun City at American Lutheran Church with Broadway stars Kate and John Stevenson singing Sounds of Broadway.
- October 2, 2009: Broadway Stars Kate and John Stevenson sing Sounds of Broadway as we include our first silent auction with this benefit event.
2008-2009 Season

- May 15 and 16, 2009: “Fast Fingers and Keys” .PMAZ Chorale & Orchestra performed at the Boulder Creek High School Performing Arts Center in Anthem before 600 ticket-buying attendees
- April 17, 2009: Anthem Community Center Free Public Concert .PMAZ Chorale performed a free concert for 300 children and adults at this first ever community event.
- March 14, 2009: “Dance the Night Away Concert” PMAZ Chorale & Orchestra performed at the Boulder Creek High School Performing Arts Center in Anthem before 390 ticket-buying attendees.
- March 13, 2009: “Dance the Night Away Dinner Dance”
PMAZ Chorale & Orchestra performed before 89 ticket-buying dinner dance guests at Ironwood Country Club in Anthem.
- February 14, 2009: “Arizona Statehood Celebration, Pioneer Village” PMAZ Chorale performed a free concert for 250 attendees.”.
- December 12, 13, 14, 2008: “Gloria, Hallelujah!”
Three performances by PMAZ Chorale and Orchestra: Two at the Boulder Creek High School Performing Arts Center in Anthem before a total of 750 ticket buying attendees; one free concert at the Desert View Bible Church in Phoenix before 600 attendees.
- November 21, 2008: “Tree Lighting Holiday Concert”
PMAZ Orchestra performed a free concert at Anthem Outlet Stores before 500
festive holiday shoppers.
- November 8, 2008: “Anthem Veteran’s Day Parade”
PMAZ brass ensemble performed patriotic songs on a float along the route for 5,000 parade goers.
- October 17 &18, 2008: "Songs that Go Bump in the Night”
Two performances by PMAZ Chorale and Orchestra at the Boulder Creek High School Performing Arts Center in Anthem before 420 ticket-buying attendees.
2007-2008 Season

- May 16/17, 2008 - – PMAZ Chorale and Orchestra perform at Boulder Creek High School Performing Arts Center, “Family Fun Fables and Tall Tales” featuring members of the third grade classes at Gavilan Peak Elementary School and “Peter and the Wolf”. First ever matinee performance. (512)

- April-May 2008 – “Train the Brain with Fables” was an eight week 3x week program conducted by Kevin Kozacek and Cathy Woodward and performing members of the chorale and orchestra with 3rd grade classes at Gavilan Peak Elementary School. This outreach ended in concert performance opportunities with PMAZ (100)

- April 5, 2008 – 18 members of PMAZ Chorale participated in outreach effort by performing on PMAZ float in the Fiesta Days Rodeo Parade (3,000)
- March 14/15, 2008 – PMAZ Chorale and Orchestra perform at Boulder Creek High School Performing Arts Center, “Broadway Blast” (910)
- December 16, 2007 – Members of ProMusica Chorale and Orchestra present “Deck the Hall” dinner concert at Ironwood Country Club. (230)
- November 16/17, 2007- PMAZ Chorale and Orchestra perform at Boulder Creek High School Performing Arts Center, “Snow, Sleighs, and Leroy’s 100th Birthday” (725)
- November 10, 2007 – 10 members of the Brass Section of PMAZ Orchestra participated in an outreach effort by playing on the PMAZ float in the Anthem Veteran’s Day Parade. (5,000)
2006-2007 Season
- May 19, 2007 –PMAZ Orchestra performed Elgar’s “Cello Concerto in E Minor” and PMAZ Chorale Performed a Patriotic Review at Fellowship Church, Gavilan Peak Parkway, Anthem, Outreach concert (150)
- May 12, 2007 –PMAZ Orchestra performed Elgar’s “Cello Concerto in E Minor” and PMAZ Chorale Performed a Patriotic Review at Desert View Bible Church, Carefree Hwy & Central Avenue, Phoenix. Outreach concert (100)
April 14, 2007 - PMAZ – 18 members participated in outreach effort by performing “Cindy” on a float in the Fiesta Days Parade in Cave Creek/Carefree. (3,000)
- Mar 30-31, 2007 – PMAZ Orchestra and Choral perform "American Composers" Concert at Boulder Creek High School. Selections include "Frostiana" and "American in Paris". (500)

- November 11, 2006— 16 Singers sang “United We Stand” on a parade in the Anthem Veterans Day Parade (2000) followed by a PMAZ Chorale Concert in the Park ( 200).
- October 6, 2006 - PMAZ Orchestra performs "Back to the Movies" at Desert View Bible Church. Selections included "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Chicago". (200)
2005-2006 Season
- May 25, 2006 - PMAZ Chorale performs as opening group for the Phoenix Symphony in the Anthem Music in May concert series entitled "Tribute to America". Inaugural performance by the PMAZ A Capella Singers singing 2 jazz Americana selections. Guest conductor Keith Brion leads the orchestra in his Sousa interpretation entitled "Red, White and Sousa". - May 6, 2006 - PMAZ Orchestra performs "Back To The Movies" at Anthem Community Park during Anthem's "Music In May" series. Included 2 1/2 hours of movie score repertoire. The PMAZ String Ensemble played 1/2 hour of that concert. (300+)
- March 31 & April 1, 2006 – The Chorale and Orchestra perform “Country, Cowboys and Copland” at the Boulder Creek High School Performing Arts Center. Guest performing group the Cochise Children's Choir from Sierra Vista.

- March 31, 2006 – ProMusica Arizona sponsored and organized an outreach concert for (600) students at Gavilan Peak Elementary School in Anthem featuring Cochise Children’s Chorus from Sierra Vista. This reinforces PMAZ’s goal to expose young children to high artistic standards even among other children’s groups.

- January 7, 2006 - String Ensemble, Woodwind groups, Madrigal singers perform for three hours throughout at the Festival of Fine Arts at the Anthem Community Center (500+)
- January 6, 2006 - String Ensemble and six chorale soloists perform for the Arts Council of the North Valley’s Festival of Fine Arts Gala (200)
- December 15, & 16, 2005 - 7:30 p.m. Chorale and Orchestra performed our Holiday Concert at Boulder Creek High School Performing Arts Center featuring, Vivaldi’s “Gloria” and holiday favorites (850)
- December 9, 2005 - Caroling group performed at the Holiday Classic (300+)
- November 12, 2005 - 1 p.m. Chorale small ensemble performed a mini concert of patriotic songs at the kiosk in the Anthem Community Park ( 75)
- November 12, 2005 - 10 a.m. Chorale small ensemble marched and sang in the first annual Veterans Day Parade in Anthem (2500)
- October 9, 2005 - String Ensemble played for the first anniversary of the North Valley branch Library

- September 18, 2003- At the Wednesday Club meeting, Linda Schwartz tells Connie Campbell Henry about Kevin Kozacek moving to Anthem and his interest in starting a Community Chorale. Connie calls Kevin that day same to
set up organizational meeting and they plan the first rehearsal on Oct 7.
